The Lady Bulldogs improved their record to 2 and 0 with a 13 to 1 victory over Kennedy Catholic on a rain soaked field. The Kennedy Catholic lone goal came off a penalty kick in the first half. Nicallette Fuller made three wonderful saves in the first half, including a previous penalty kick. Grace Cessna posted a shut out in the second half and was able to make one wonderful save to ensure the game remained 13 to 1. At times Meadville looked as wonderful with their passing as they did with their previous game against Sharon, however at other times the team looked a little out of sync. There is no doubt that all the water on the field at Bender disrupted our flow, however we just didn't seem as crisp. The girls understand it is going to take their best passing effort, as well as a complete team effort on defense when they face McDowell this coming Tuesday at 7:30 at McDowell.
